Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Barno Print. We aim to deliver accurate, high-quality printed products on time. This refund and return policy outlines the conditions under which returns, reprints and refunds may be requested.

1. Eligibility for Returns, Reprints and Refunds

Claims related to defective printing, delivery damage, incorrect quantity, or impaired print quality must be made in writing within:

  • 24 hours of delivery for damage or delivery-related issues

  • 48 hours of delivery for defective or incorrect products

All claims must be made in writing and sent to:

2. Conditions for Claim Submission

When submitting a claim, customers must provide:

✔ The original order or invoice number
✔ A clear written summary of the issue
✔ Minimum of 3 supporting images/video evidence

This ensures quick and fair evaluation.

Barno Print reserves the right to request additional information if needed.

3. Return Requirements

Where instructed, printed items must be returned in full within 48 hours of claim acceptance.

Products must be returned securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

4. Reprint Conditions

If errors or quality issues are proven to be Barno Print’s fault after proof approval, we will:

✔ Reprint the same job
✔ Upgrade to priority production or delivery at no cost

Refunds are not offered for approved artwork errors or content supplied incorrectly by the customer.

Examples of non-refundable customer-generated issues include:

– Incorrect spelling, grammar, layout or colours submitted
– Improper resolution of artwork
– Printing inconsistency caused by poor-quality uploaded files

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under review only when:

  • Barno Print cannot reasonably reprint the order
  • A production fault is agreed after inspection
  • Management authorises compensation instead of a reprint

Refunds will be processed:

within 48 hours of approval, and

No refund will be granted when:

– Printed items are within acceptable tolerance
– Artwork proof was approved by the customer
– Improper storage or handling by the customer caused damage
– Items have been partly used, damaged after delivery, or altered

6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

✔ Bespoke or personalised print items
✔ Printed materials created from approved artwork
✔ Digital design or downloadable products
✔ Gift vouchers

This is due to the custom nature of printed production.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a reprint is authorised due to Barno Print’s error:

✔ Return shipping will be covered by us

If returning unused and undamaged items for reasons not related to Barno Print’s fault:

– Customer pays return postage
– No restocking fee applies

We recommend using a trackable courier when returning items.

Barno Print does not guarantee receipt of non-trackable returns.

8. Quality Tolerance

All printed materials are subject to industry-standard tolerances including:

  • Slight variation in colour tone
  • Paper shade differences
  • Minor cutting deviations

Should our internal assessment deem items within acceptable tolerances, Barno Print reserves the right:

✔ to refuse reprints or refunds
✔ to return the goods back to the customer

9. Incorrect Delivery Address

Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for:

– Refund
– Reprint
– Compensation
